Wilatt Conveyors Inc. warrants its products under ISO 9002 to be free of faulty or below standards grade of material and manufactures defect.  All products meet or exceed CEMA standards.  (Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association).

Furthermore Wilatt Conveyor Inc.  Warrants its products to function without defect under normal specified application according to the following target performance criteria.

• Conveyor Rolls for standard application:

• Minimum 12 months full replacement warranty.

• An extended warranty is in place according to specific application and operating conditions.  This extended warranty is managed on a case by case basis.

• Impact Idlers:  As Above

• Pulleys:  As Above

• Conveyor Frames:  50,000 hours

Note:  These warranties apply to failure under normal operations.  Failure due to abuse or improper application will null and void warranty considerations.

All warranty claims must be officially submitted in writing to Wilatt Conveyors Inc. for consideration.  Upon approval the defective product or part will be replaced at no cost.
